He also watched his friends and colleagues cancel haircut appointments because meetings ran late or traffic was brutal. His solution was simple: if people can’t come to the barbershop, bring the barbershop to them.

Nadeem spent years in Dubai’s business community before co-founding Gentz. He understood the professional mindset: people want quality, but they also want efficiency. Traditional barbershops delivered the first but failed on the second. Mobile grooming solved both.
OUR STORY
Nadeem and Nader Alnajjar grew up in the GCC and spent most of their adult lives in Dubai. They built careers here, raised families here, and developed the same frustration every busy professional in this city knows: getting a decent haircut takes forever.
The math never made sense. Drive 15 minutes to the barbershop. Wait 20 minutes for your turn. Spend 30 minutes in the chair. Drive 15 minutes home. A simple trim consumed 90 minutes, sometimes more. For someone juggling client meetings, school pickups, and a packed schedule, that time simply didn’t exist.
Dubai had luxury barbershops on every corner, but none of them came to you. The brothers saw the gap and decided to fill it.
In 2023, they launched Gentz with a simple premise: professional barbers, professional equipment, at your location. Home, office, hotel, wherever you need us. Book online, open the door, get your haircut. No driving, no waiting, no wasted time.
